Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love, belonging, and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”― Brene Brown

Hi, I am JK, a registered counselor. Our dedicated team of mental health professionals provides evidence-based therapies tailored to meet individual needs. With a commitment to excellence, we offer compassionate support in a confidential and safe environment. Trust us to guide your journey towards mental well-being.I strongly believe in counseling as a way to help with one's well-being. As a trauma survivor and domestic violence survivor, I advocate for client's voices. Being a client for years, the experience has helped me relate better with my clients and accompany them along the journey of healing or self-discovery.I believe in holistic well-being. Work, life, mental health, food, shelter, art, music, coping skills, friends, family, etc, are part of life and can impact our lives differently. I endeavor to help clients find their balance, meet them where they are, and help them walk the journey together. In the session, My goal as a counselor is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and kind atmosphere to build a trusting relationship with my client.
